Over the last twenty years Eileen Garcia and her chef husband Chepe have literally built restaurants from the ground up. Together, they turned Chicago’s award-winning Buona Terra and Hearth & Crust into iconic neighborhood destinations. Along the way, they’ve overcome every challenge in the proverbial restaurant startup handbook.
